MARMALADES and EXTRA JAMS
All our marmalades and extra jams are made with freshly cut fruits carefully selected for their quality, and contain no additives. We use only fruit pulp, sugar, and lemon juice – no thickening agents are added.
To make 100g of EXTRA JAMS, between 115 and 130g of fruit pulp is required. Our selection of extra jams includes Apricot, Fig, Melon, Peach, Pear and Cinnamon, Plum, and Strawberry flavors.
Made from untreated oranges and exclusively by hand, the BITTER ORANGE MARMALADE has a unique taste that keeps all the properties of vitamin C intact.
COMPOTES and SAUCES
Our compotes are made using fruits or vegetables from our garden; this is a perfect product to enjoy with cheese or to offer as an appetizer during special dinners
ONION AND ORANGE COMPOTE has a sweet and sour flavor. It is great served with seasoned or fresh cheeses, as well as with meat or fish dishes.
RED ONIONS COMPOTE is great to enjoy with aged cheeses and red meats or in exotic and ethnic dishes. The main ingredients that make it up are red Tropea onions, unrefined brown sugar and white wine
AUBERGINE AND GINGER COMPOTE:This slightly spicy compote is perfect on a slice of bread or paired with fresh and semi-matured cheeses.
PEPPER COMPOTE:This flavorful and slightly spicy compote is perfect to be enjoyed with semi- mature cheeses, or as a base for the preparation of appetizers and finger foods.
All our TOMATO SAUCES are made from plant-ripened, hand-picked tomatoes. They are cooked exclusively with salt and flavorings, according to traditional recipes from the Tuscan Maremma cuisine.

tomato sauce cooked with extra virgin olive oil and aromas (onion, basil, parsley, carrot, celery)
spicy tomato sauce “Arrabbiata sauce”, a typical Toscana recipe
spicy pepper sauce / lightly spicy pepper sauce (cream made by fresh peppers, our extravirgin olive oil, garlic and chili peppers)
VEGETABLES PICKLED IN OIL and SAUCES
These products are made with seasonal vegetables and extra virgin olive oil, which are excellent to taste as appetizers, to season pasta dishes or as a garnish for savory dishes.
Sweet and sour PICKLED VEGETABLES are prepared with freshly blanched, seasonal vegetables. This product is usually made in limited quantities to ensure freshness and preserve its flavor.
The SMALL ARTICHOKES, exclusively handmade, are freshly blanched in white wine vinegar and seasoned with garlic, sage, and rosemary. They are so tasty and perfect to serve as an appetizer with cold meats and cheeses, but also as a side for your dishes. VEGETABLES OF THE SEASON harvested in extra virgin olive oil:

marinate pumpkin
marinate aubergines
sweet and sour zucchini
These SAUCES are made with seasonal vegetables, based on availability:
Zucchini or artichokes cooked in extra virgin olive oil, garlic and parsley

We produce three different varieties of D.O.C Maremma Toscana wine
D.O.C.Maremma Toscana red wine “Magico” - Merlot
D.O.C. Maremma Toscana red wine -Sangiovese
D.O.C. Maremma Toscana white wine “Costamurata” - Vermentino
And a limited edition of Passito di Merlot 2016 – “Klinai”
